How long will it take to receive my order?

  • Free International Tracked & Insured shipping usually takes 2-5 weeks for most destinations, provided that no uncontrollable custom delays or other shipping anomaly occurs. We appreciate your patience.
  • Please Note: Custom Products take 4-7 days for us to design and manufacture.

I have not received a confirmation e-mail

  • We automatically send an “Order confirmation” e-mail, as well as an “Order shipped” email including your tracking details.
  • Please check your spam folder.
  • Confirm that your order e-mail is correct. If not please Contact us, we’ll change it for you.

My tracking doesn’t seem to be moving. Why?

  • Your package is already inside the Logistics network and should be delivered within the expected period.
  • Each time a tracking label in the Delivery system is scanned, package movement information is registered.
  • If the shipment is traveling cross-country or passing between nations or territories, there can be several days between scans.

The tracking number doesn’t seem valid or says “Not Found”

It has been 5 weeks and I still haven’t received my order

  • On average, orders are delivered within 3 weeks of your purchase.
  • Unfortunately during unexpected situations (like a pandemic), and for reasons we can’t control (fewer flights, international delays and increased volumes, Christmas season) a delivery might be delayed even more.
  • Please rest assured, we offer a No-Questions-Asked refund/resend if your order isn’t delivered within 90 Days of your purchase
