I have not received a confirmation e-mail

  • Please make sure you have used a valid email. Also check your spam folder. We always send an “order confirmation” e-mail, as well as an “order shipped” email including your tracking details. 

How long will it take to receive my order? 

  • Please Note: Due to COVID-19 delivery times may be longer than normal
  • Free International Tracked & Insured shipping usually takes 2-5 weeks for most destinations, provided that no uncontrollable custom delays or other shipping anomaly occurs. We appreciate your patience.
  • Expedited Delivery takes 5-9 Days

Tracking info has not updated for 14 days, why? 

  • This is normal. While Free logistics doesn’t offer daily tracking status updates, you can still see the overall progress of your delivery.
