How long will it take to receive my order? 

  • Free International Tracked & Insured shipping usually takes 2-5 weeks for most destinations, provided that no uncontrollable custom delays or other shipping anomaly occurs. We appreciate your patience.
  • Please Note: Custom Products take 4-7 days for us to design and manufacture.

I have not received a confirmation e-mail

  • Please check your spam folder. We always send an “order confirmation” e-mail, as well as an “order shipped” email including your tracking details. 

Tracking info has not updated for 14 days, why? 

  • This is normal. While Free logistics doesn’t offer daily tracking status updates, you can still see the overall progress of your delivery.

It has been 5 weeks and I still haven’t received my order 

  • On average, orders are delivered within 3 weeks of your purchase.
    Unfortunately during unexpected situations ( like a pandemic), and for reasons we can’t control (fewer flights, international delays and increased volumes) a delivery might be delayed even more.
    Please rest assured, we offer a No-Questions-Asked refund/resend if your order isn’t delivered within 90 Days of your purchase.

  • We offer FREE worldwide shipping, currently shipping to over 100 countries.

  • We use the latest SSL encryption methods ensuring that your credit card information is transmitted to us in a safe and secure manner.

How can i cancel my order? 

  • You can cancel your order and receive a refund within 48 hours after your order. If you request cancellation after receiving a shipping confirmation email, a refund can only be issued once your order has been returned to us.
